1] New user doesn't exist page
-When ever you are trying to view the page of a user that doesn't exist, you see a brand new page. For example, go to m profile and change the ending from "/u2" to "/u77777" (there obviously isn't a user77777)
2] Sticky/Announcement/Global Announcement Separation
-We've made it so all stickies, global announcements, and announcements are separted by a white line from regular posts.
